I have been with Rich and Carr as an assistant solicitor for almost 8 years now although with a short break earlier this year.  I work 5 days a week between 9 am and 1pm and between 2 pm and 3 pm.

I have been been qualified as a solicitor for over 18 years all of which have been spent in civil litigation.  I have considerable experience of dealing with domestic landlord and tenant matters, boundary disputes, other land disputes (such as adverse possession, rights of way disputes), Party Wall disputes, debt collection (personal and business), contract disputes (in particular building disputes), consumer disputes, disputed Wills and Probate and many other areas of civil litigation.  

I am always happy to attend at one of our branch offices or your home (whichever is most convenient to you) to take your instructions and indeed in land/boundary/party wall matters I usually prefer that the first interview should take place on site.
