Just Claim!
was
a company that we set up in 2003 together with a firm of solicitors in
Nottingham to attract enquiries from members of the public who wanted
some help in pursuing genuine claims for compensation for injuries
sustained in accidents that were not their own fault.
It
was set up to give the public an alternative to having to contact one of
the Claims Management companies who were and still are advertising their
services on the television and elsewhere, given the problems that have
befallen some of those concerns and those injured people who chose to
use their schemes, as well documented in the media over the last few
years. Just Claim! differed from these Claims Management companies in
that it was run only by solicitors and did not utilise the services of
anything other than solicitors. Further, those solicitors were
based local to the client and had a personal interest in the claim.
Just Claim! advertised its services on Central TV successfully during
several campaigns since mid 2003 and details were also set out in The
Yellow Pages.
Despite its comparative success, Just Claim! no longer operates and
anyone wishing to make enquiries should now contact us direct on 0116
2426012 or 0116 2426053 so that details can be taken FREE OF CHARGE.
If
necessary we will see the caller in an interview [either at their
home address or at one of our offices - whichever is more convenient],
the interview will also be conducted FREE OF CHARGE.
We will advise then whether we are able to take on the case. Cases taken on are pursued on a NO WIN, NO FEE basis and the client gets to KEEP 100% OF THE COMPENSATION recovered i.e there would be NO DEDUCTIONS from the monies received.
