We are Hiring – Experienced Legal Secretaries

We currently have opportunities for legal secretaries to join our Lutterworth office on a full-time or part-time permanent basis.

You will be responsible for directly supporting our Solicitors in our Property, Wills & Probate and Litigation Departments.

You will be providing support through a combination of the following duties: –

• Administrative functions such as audio-typing, word processing, photocopying and scanning
• Providing reception support
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Maintenance and upkeep of client’s electronic and paper files
• Drafting template client letters and documents and opening files on the firm’s Case Management System
